FASHION SKILLS 4 BETTER affronta le crescenti criticità legate al modello della fast fashion, promuovendo la transizione verde e digitale nel settore della moda mediante la formazione professionale (VET). Attraverso ricerca, strumenti educativi e laboratori di innovazione, il progetto favorisce lo sviluppo di competenze sostenibili e digitali, con un focus particolare sulla cooperazione tra Europa e America Latina.
Il progetto:
FashionSKILLS4BETTER si basa sulla premessa che la transizione verso un’industria della moda più sostenibile richieda un cambiamento profondo nelle competenze e nella cultura professionale del settore. A questo proposito, il progetto mobilita una partnership Euro-Latinoamericana di esperti in formazione professionale, sostenibilità e innovazione digitale per smantellare i modelli produttivi della fast fashion e promuovere l’economia circolare. Sensibilizzando formatori e professionisti del settore, il progetto promuoverà ecosistemi collaborativi capaci di generare un impatto duraturo tra Europa e America Latina.
Obiettivi:
– Analizzare i bisogni formativi del settore moda e mappare le buone pratiche internazionali in materia di sostenibilità e digitalizzazione.
– Sviluppare un corso online innovativo che integri competenze verdi, digitali e imprenditoriali per i formatori VET.
– Implementare un sistema di certificazione digitale per il riconoscimento delle competenze acquisite.
– Creare Living Fashion Labs in Argentina, Colombia e Uruguay come hub di innovazione locale.
– Diffondere i risultati del progetto e garantirne la replicabilità e la scalabilità attraverso strumenti operativi dedicati.

FASHIONSKILLS4BETTER addresses the growing challenges posed by the fast fashion model, promoting the green and digital transition in the fashion sector through Vocational Education and Training (VET). Through research, educational tools and innovation labs, the project fosters the development of sustainable and digital skills, with a particular focus on cooperation between Europe and Latin America.
The project: FashionSKILLS4BETTER is based on the premise that the transition towards a more sustainable fashion industry requires a profound change in the skills and professional culture of the sector. To this end, the project mobilises a Euro-Latin American partnership of experts in vocational training, sustainability and digital innovation to dismantle fast fashion production models and promote the circular economy. By raising awareness among trainers and sector professionals, the project will foster collaborative ecosystems capable of generating a lasting impact between Europe and Latin America.
Objectives:
– Analyse the training needs of the fashion sector and map international best practices in sustainability and digitalisation.
– Develop an innovative online course integrating green, digital and entrepreneurial skills for VET trainers.
– Implement a digital certification system for the recognition of acquired skills.
– Create Living Fashion Labs in Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay as local innovation hubs.
– Disseminate project results and ensure their replicability and scalability through dedicated operational tools.
